HEALTHCARE QUALITY STANDARDS (SKS)

A “Quality Management Unit” has been established at our center to implement the Health Quality Standards (SKS).

The Quality Manager is responsible for the Quality Department.

All vertical and horizontal hierarchical structures related to quality management activities are in place.

VERTICAL HIERARCHY UNDER THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT UNIT

The vertical hierarchy in the Quality Management System is as follows:

• Department Quality Managers
• Indicator Managers
• ISGBS
• Training Coordinator
• Infection Control Officer

Reports to the Quality Management Officer.

The Quality Management Officer also reports to the Chief Medical Officer.
